Hello-
Well we are all packed and ready for the van to take Robbie over to CMC's rehab facility. Robbie was up dressed, and had already taken a morning walk with one of the nurses aids before I get to the room this morning. When I got there we had some breakfast, and Robbie, Scott and I went for a 50 minute walk. At one point we sat in the hospital lobby and started talking about the last couple of weeks. Robbie is becoming more aware of time, dates etc. More to come once he moves to the next phase. His speech this morning was also much improved, it seems morning after a good breakfast, shower etc he is full of energy. He finished off the exercise that the speech therapist left for him yesterday.
Somewhere around 11am he took a nap. Around 12p Robbie woke up went for a short walk, we then looked at photos and cards and now he is watching coverage of the qualifying race for the Daytona 500.
Thanks Bridgitte and Harlan for the cookies! We are bringing them over to the other facility.
Should have a picture of Robbie posted sometime in the next century.
