Home From Charlotte

So happy we went to Charlotte to visit with Robbie. I feel so blessed to have spent as much time with him as we did. Having arrived Sunday and visiting him Sunday night the improvement today before we left was unbelievable. He insisted on taking a shower by himself and making himself presentable for company. He was talkative and active and when you look into his eyes you see the kindest person in the world in there.  I am acutely aware of how precious moments with friends and family are and I wish I could stay longer because it seems an inadequate amount of time to show how much I love and care for him, as I know so many of you feel the same way. I am so grateful to Robbie's family for sharing him with us and being so gracious about it. I look forward to hearing about his improvement from all of the rest of you.
