This is your home for finding out the latest about our friend and my brother Robbie Weiss.
Robbie suffered an aneurysm on the morning of Thursday, January 22nd and is currently being treated in the Neuro ICU on the 5th floor at Presbetyrian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. Visiting hours are from 10a-6p and from 10p-6a.
We greatly encourage everyone to post comments and anything else they want to add to the mix. The family will try to update this with information about Robbie's progress as frequently as possible.
As of Saturday 1/24 at 2:30P Robbie is resting comfortably and is in stable condition. The doctor's have told us that Robbie will most likely be in the ICU for the next 2 weeks. While his temperature was elevated a little (99.5) this morning we are told this is not a cause for immediate concern and this actually seems to be going down a bit.
Robbie has a long road ahead. However, with the continued love and support of his family (this includes all of you) he will make the recovery we all know is within him.
Judi spent the night logging Robbie's night and I will try and have her sign in and give you all a more detailed update this evening.
